Cancellation Policy 🚫
- Before Shipment: If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it from our warehouse. Simply contact our customer service team, and we’ll help you out with the cancellation process. No fuss, no fees!
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it’s on its way to you, and we can’t stop the delivery. So that cancellation will not possible & not accepted.
Product Received in Damaged Conditions / Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Item Delivered
- If you have received damaged product or wrong product, please mail us at support@sumshy.com with your order number (quotation bill number) and your contact number with couple of images of defects or wrong product with in 48 hours of delivery.
- If you have received damaged product or wrong product our sumshy team will verify and replace the product as soon as possible, our team will co- ordinate with you for sending the parcel back to our warehouse(for that parcel,courier charges will be paid by you).
- After received the damaged product or wrong product in our warehouse, our team will check the product didn’t used, non washed then our team will replace product and send back on your given address.
- If Product will be used, washed, manually damaged and anything else that not satisfy our term, replacement will be rejected.
- If same product not in the stock our team will give you store credit of that amount, you can use it for next purchase or you can take refund that amount.
- Store Credit valid for lifetime there is no expiry.
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 48 hrs. of the receipt of the products otherwise we will not report the complain after that. International Orders
- https://sumshy.com/ do not accept return, replacement, refund for abroad customers & clients product purchased.
- Every abroad customers & clients product purchased is checked twice by SUMSHY dispatch team before dispatch.
- Customized stitched orders will not accept return, replacement, refund by https://sumshy.com/
- https://sumshy.com/ do not accept returns of goods once purchased from https://sumshy.com/.
- Returns made without notice to https://sumshy.com/ team shall not qualify for a refund.
- For Branded products https://sumshy.com/ do not accept return, replacement, refund.
Threads & Sequence work coming off
- Who buy products with threads & sequences, understand that it has tendency to come off. Even with goods handling and shipping this cannot be avoided. Most of such problems can be avoided during stitching. Tailor can hide that part which has less sequences or he can fix it all together.
- Before returning the products please ask your tailor if it can be adjusted. Even if we replace such products there are high chance that you will receive similar product again.
Refund Policy 💰
- Cancellations Before Shipment: For orders cancelled before shipment, we’ll refund the full amount back to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: 😢 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a return, and you’ll have the option of a replacement, all on us.
Processing Your Refund ✅
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-15 business days.
- Method: We’ll refund the amount to the original payment method you used during purchase or our service team will ask your account details for refund.
- Notification: You’ll receive an email from us once your refund has been processed. Please keep an eye on your email (and spam folder, just in case!).
