Cancellation & Refund Policy – SUMSHY ENTERPRISE

We value your trust and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


🛑 Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order details. There are no cancellation fees.

After Shipment:
Once your order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. The order will be delivered as scheduled.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sumshyenterprise@gmail.com with your:

    • Order number (quotation/invoice number)

    • Contact number

    • Photos clearly showing the defect or wrong item

  2. Once verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement only. No refunds will be provided.

  3. You are required to ship the defective product back to our warehouse. Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item (must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition), we will process the replacement.

  5. If the same product is out of stock, we will issue a:

    • GR (Goods Return)

    • Credit Note, which can be adjusted in your next purchase.
      (Credit Notes are valid for lifetime and do not expire.)

Note: Used, washed, or manually damaged items are not eligible for return or replacement.


🔄 Important Guidelines

  • All complaints regarding defects, damage, or stitching must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Digital images may be required for verification.

  • For products with thread or sequin work: Minor shedding or thread pulls may occur during handling/shipping, which is not considered a defect. Tailors can often adjust these areas.

  • Please consult with your tailor before requesting a return or replacement.


🌐 International Orders

  • No return, replacement, or refund for international orders.

  • All international products are double-checked by our dispatch team prior to shipping.

  • Customized stitched orders and branded items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


💰 Refund Policy (For Pre-Shipment Cancellations Only)

  • If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund your full amount to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.

  • Refunds are not applicable for returned/damaged items. Only replacements or credit notes will be provided.
