Risk of Loss
All item purchased from https://sumshy.com/ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Stock Out
https://sumshy.com/ sells own manufactured products and also as well as branded products. https://sumshy.com/ takes orders in singles, multiple samples and bulk quantity. https://sumshy.com/ have huge customers and clients so sometimes may stock out. We recommend our customers and clients to place order as soon as possible for exclusive launched products on https://sumshy.com/, otherwise you have to wait till restock the product. If products may permanently stock out, our team will update you and suggest you to select similar other product.
Shipping
All of https://sumshy.com/ orders are shipped from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat, India to your provided shipping address. Processing of your order will depend upon the order quantity you place. In India we normally dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days after received the payment. For International dispatch and delivery details will be conveyed to the customer every time they place the order.
Dispatch time may be delay for customized stitched products and branded product stock availability.
Shipping destinations offered by https://sumshy.com/ for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P.O. Box details in any part or form.
We send goods by air and surface as per our rules and regulations. Courier Company will attempt delivery 2 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as deliverable please call Courier Company’s Customer Service at their local number and quotes your tracking number to trace your package.
Duties and Taxes
All of https://sumshy.com/ orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Surat, India. Due to the nature of international shipping, customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We are unable to calculate when and how much these customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. If you are presented with an invoice from Courier Company for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay Courier Company directly at the time of delivery. https://sumshy.com/ takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Policies & Regulation
Policy & Regulations Shipping & Delivery
At https://sumshy.com/, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe & inexpensive manner. We deliver products worldwide and within India. For Domestic orders (delivery within India) we offer courier, India post, Transport(heavy parcel) service only. Delivery will happen within 3 to 7 Working days from the day we receive & process, shipped the order. Sometimes delivery may take more time due to some logistic and natural issues.
For International orders we offers Fedex, DHL, ARAMEX, UPS, DTDC, SKYNET, Serives. Delivery will happen within 4 to 10 working days. Sometime delivery may delay due to logistic service issue, custom duties delay and some delays.
For International Orders custom duties not in our control and https://sumshy.com/ will not charge any duties fees. Custom duties vary by country to country.
Custom duties fees will be paid by the customer and clients on time of delivery or in custom clearance. https://sumshy.com/ will not pay custom duty fees.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellation will be accepted if the order has not been shipped from https://sumshy.com/ warehouse. Please read our Cancellation / Refund Policy for more information.
Exchange and Return Policy for Orders within India
Damaged Product will replace when customer and clients purchased from https://sumshy.com/.
Inform us at support@sumshy.com customer and client will get any defect product, then SUMSHY team will try to process replacement within 7 working days from date of delivery.
Only Damaged and manufacturing defect product will be replaced after verified by SUMSHY team, other than product will not be return, replace & refund.
On Approval for the exchange or return customer will be asked to send the goods (in their original form) back to https://sumshy.com/.
After receiving the goods back customer will get an update from https://sumshy.com/ team approving the exchange or refund. Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 3 to 15 working days. Customer and client can also be asked for bank account details.
