- International Shipping: We offer international shipping across all countries. Please check our international shipping list during checkout or contact our customer service to confirm if we deliver to your country.
2. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders: A standard shipping fee applies.
- International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders are based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
3. Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Surat within 1-3 business days as per the availability of the stock. Some branded products take time for ready to ship, our service team update accordingly.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process. Our service team update step by step to the customer or client.
4. Delivery Times
- Domestic Delivery: Typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- International Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination but generally take between 5-21 business days.
Please note, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, postal delays, customs clearance, and local carrier efficiency.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package’s progress directly on the courier’s website.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sumshy is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or if multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for redelivery.
