Refund & Return Policy – SUMSHY ENTERPRISE (India & International Orders)

At Sumshy Enterprise, we strive to provide high-quality ethnic wear to customers across India and worldwide. Please read our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Incorrect product received (design, size, or color mismatch)

Return Request Window

  • India: Return request must be raised within 1–2 days of delivery.

  • International Orders: Return request must be raised within 1–3 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom stitched or tailored products

  • Non-SUMSHY branded products

  • Clearance / final sale products

  • Accessories (jewelry, bindis, etc.)


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

  • Short description of the problem

3. Return Shipping Process

For India

  • Customer must ship the product to the return address provided by the SUMSHY team.

  • Reverse pickup may be available depending on the pincode and is chargeable.

  • One-side courier charge is paid by the customer, and one-side courier charge is paid by SUMSHY.

For International Orders

  • Reverse pickup is not available.

  • The customer must ship the product back to the Indian return address provided by SUMSHY.

  • All return and dispatch shipping charges for international returns are borne by the customer.

Customers must ensure proper and secure packaging while sending returns.


4. Refund Policy

Refund Availability

  • Refunds are provided only for products that are unavailable after order confirmation.

  • For damaged or defective items, we provide:

    • Replacement, or

    • Store Credit with lifetime validity

Refund Method

Refunds can be issued via:

  • Original mode of payment

  • Store credit (lifetime validity)

Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be processed within 12–14 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Banks or payment gateways may take 1–7 working days to reflect the refund.

  • Any payment gateway or money transfer charges (if applicable) may be deducted.

You will receive confirmation through WhatsApp or email once your refund is processed.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available only for damaged or defective items.

  • Piece-to-piece replacement will be provided after verification.

  • Non-SUMSHY branded products are not eligible for exchange or replacement.


6. International Shipping Policy

  • Estimated international delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


7. Important Notes

  • SUMSHY Enterprise reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility or quality criteria.

  • Refund amount may be reduced if the returned product is damaged, used, or missing original packaging.

  • Our policies comply with Google Merchant Center and international commerce standards for transparency and clarity.
