7. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (India):
Dispatch within 1-3 working days (excluding holidays) for regular items instock.
Delivery usually within 3-6 working days based on your location.
Stitched or customized items may take longer.
International Shipping:
Orders are dispatched via trusted logistics partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS).
Estimated delivery time: 4-10 working days.
Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
🔒 We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Only one valid physical shipping address is accepted per order.
8. Duties & Taxes
All international customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country. Sumshy Enterprise is not liable for shipping delays, non-delivery, or returns due to unpaid duties or taxes.
9. Risk of Loss
All products are shipped under a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to the buyer once the product is handed over to the carrier.
10. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
International Orders:
No returns, refunds, or exchanges once shipped.
Please confirm all details before placing the order.
Domestic Orders (India):
Exchange is applicable only for damaged or defective products.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sumshyenterprise@gmail.com
Once verified, a replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
Non-defective products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable):
Processed within 3–15 working days to the original payment method.
In case of partial refunds, transaction fees (e.g., payment gateway fees) may be deducted.
